This guitar is one of the first 5 guitars made in Korea by our Korean factory and the first ever Galaxie 2. The first five guitars (all Galaxies) were hand-made by the head Korean luthier. This is the only one left from that batch. It is also the only DiPinto ever made in this color.

This is a custom color (finished in Korea) Galaxie 4 guitar that was customized with a replacement Baritone neck from Allparts.com. Neck was installed in the US shop.  The scale length is 27.78″. It is strung with D’Addario bari strings. Common tunings are A,D,G,C,E,A or B,E,A,D,F#,B. A set of Bass-6 strings can also be used and the guitar can be tuned an octave below regular guitar tuning.

DiPinto Belvedere bass made in 1998. This bass was made while collaborating with Jamaaladeen Tacuma on his second handmade DiPinto Bass. The idea was to make a deeper body than his previous bass. Jamaal owns a similar bass to this except his has an EMG P-bass pickup and a trapeze tailpiece. The pickup on this bass is an old Dimarzio p-bass pickup with a handmade chrome cover. This prototype bass was used at guitar shows and trade shows and shows some wear.
